Quick Start
Get up and running with Calendar0 in 5 minutes
Step 1: Connect Your Calendar
After installing Calendar0:
- Click the Calendar0 icon in your system tray
- Sign in or create an account
- Click "Connect Calendar" and choose your provider:
- Google Calendar (Google Workspace)
- Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365)
- Apple Calendar (iCloud)
Step 2: View Your Schedule
Once connected, you'll see your calendar events:

- Day view - Shows events for the selected day

Calendar0 is designed for keyboard navigation:
Navigation:

Step 3: Try the AI Assistant
Calendar0's AI assistant understands natural language. Click the Chat tab and try:
"Schedule a meeting with john@company.com tomorrow at 2pm for 30 minutes"
The AI will:
- Check for conflicts
- Create the event
- Add it to your calendar
- Send invitations
Step 4: Create Events Quickly
Some quick examples to try:
Simple event:
"Lunch break tomorrow at 12pm"
Meeting with multiple people:
"Team standup every Monday at 9am"
Block focus time:
"Block Friday afternoon for deep work"
Step 5: Check Availability
Ask the AI about your schedule:
"Am I free Thursday afternoon?"
"What's on my calendar today?"
"When am I free this week?"

Use natural language

Include times, dates, and attendees for better results
