1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Calendar0 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Calendar0 is a desktop menubar calendar application that provides quick access to your calendar events, integrates with Google Calendar services, and includes AI-powered scheduling assistance with contact search capabilities.

Important: Calendar0 operates entirely on your local computer. All data processing, including calendar events and contact searches, happens locally on your device. We do not store or have access to your personal data.

The Service is provided as-is and as-available.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Third-Party Services and Google Integration

Calendar0 integrates with Google services to provide calendar and contact functionality. By using Calendar0 with Google integration, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with Google's Terms of Service
• Calendar0 will access your Google Calendar, Contacts, and Directory (for Google Workspace users) as described in our Privacy Policy
• All Google data is processed locally on your device
• You can revoke Calendar0's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings
• Calendar0's use of Google user data complies with Google's Limited Use requirements

Calendar0 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google Calendar and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. The trial will automatically expire unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

5.2 Subscription Plans

Calendar0 offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or harvest user information without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Calendar0 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your calendar data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and display your calendar information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CALENDAR0, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Calendar0 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of your local jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
